At the start of every season, the Fox Soccer Report has their on-air staff try to guess how the different clubs will finish in the Premier League table. The clueless and Canadian group of TV talent never have any idea what is going on and always end up scratching their heads at the end of the season when Liverpool finishes outside the top two. Still, even someone like the show’s analyst Bobby McMahon, who does know what he’s talking about most of the time, gets the end-of-season blushes when his predictions turn out to be wrong. Can one really predict what will happen in such a crazy (see the chicken) and uncertain league like the EPL? Maybe not, but that doesn’t mean the writers here at FourFiveTwo can’t give it a shot and try to look like we know what we’re talking about!
Will it be City or United finishing at the top? Will newcomers Southampton and Reading be able to avoid the drop? Will we ever uncover the secret to Scott Parker’s perfect head of hair??

I’m liking this Soccer Apologist guy.
Champ – MCFC
CL – Chelsea, Man U, Arsenal
EL – NUFC, Liverpool, Villa
Relegation – Wigan, Reading, Southampton
I have the same top 6 as the lorber
(Of course, we did these before we found out Dempsey’s leaving Fulham. 9th now means 15th. God, does anyone give a shit about the middle of the table. I just want to see Southampton flop spectacularly, Arsenal win, RVP sky everything off his foot this year, Balotelli do something crazy enough to top last year, and Spurs going Sisyphus on Champions League again. Is that so wrong?)
